What BB show are you planning on doing?
I'm not too sure about SummerBash, as far as I know the date hasn't been set for it. I am planning on doing the AWPC in Fl, and I think I am going to do another UPA meet later in the year too. When is the meet at Lances?
The 800 is sick bro.........are you hitting up the summerbash this year. I'm pulling a Matt K and I'm competing in the fall, but I've decided on short notice to do Lances Gym meet. Just for fun, not really to do a super big PR or anything
Runs too close for me. If Lances Gym has another USPF meet, I'll do that, and the summerbash. But the IL state is always a good meet.

I watched those Buddy Morris videos little after you posted, and there is a ton of good stuff in them.
Your numbers looked solid, and don't sweat the your bench too much, the important thing was that you came back and pulled off a solid DL.
