Dave, I am picky on supplements. And must use certain things, of which I love & believe in, but also due to obligations. But Species is certainly opening my eyes in many ways. I am getting on Fiberlyze and Arthrolyze ASAP. Can you briefly tell me again why Macadamia Nut Oil is superior for KETO? I thought too much Omega 6 is heart, stroke, vascular unhealthy?
