18 months ago woke up and started making changes in my life weighed an all time high of 305 diet cardio and hardwork took me to 170 and about 10.5 body fat in january 2012 started lifting hard and heavy to try and start putting on some good clean size presently 198 about 13.5 body fat enjoy lifting learning and chasing 220 and 10 percent one day thats my over all goal im 6ft 1 and 42 figure im still young enough to make it happen hard work good supplements and drive i have learned alot from rx muscle and look to continue to gain knowledge as i chase a dream i can see happening
