I became interested in fitness and nutrition when I was 19 and coincidentally got a job at a gym, however didn't really appreciate strength training until years later when I did Body For Life and got in the best shape of my life. As a Registered Dietitian, I learned the importance of good nutrition and how it effects health. As an athlete myself, I've applied the principles and strategies of physique development. Love the science and the passion of the sport!
