Getting back to lifting after being away during 2013-2016.
Currently 141 lbs, 5 ft 2".
Spent much of 2015 and 2016 at BMI of 26-28 ----> foot pain. HAD TO CUT to stay active.
Did a 10 lb cut during November-December 2016 that started with a fortuitous case of diarrhea. Cut based on reduced macros and reducing foods with antibiotic residues.
I know it will take me quite a while to get to my old PR's which were around 115 x 9 and 85 x 16 for Bench.
Bilingual. In favor of personal liberties.
Have obese friends whom I want to support on their journey. Some have told me they don't like gyms and the people in them.
However, I want to show them that there are really good people in the weightlifting world who include everyone to participate in the weights.
Big fan of old style music from 30s music all the way to corridos.
Big fan of midcentrury modern architecture but also some traditional and shabby chic.
Never intend to compete,, but still want to build strength in my 50s.
