I do actually. I prep local, national and even a couple pros. I am using Scooby Snacks for an objective eye this year as I cannot tell how things are going on me the last 8 weeks.

personally i have a gallon mixed in the fridge at all times, i drink that through the day, but i dotn finish the whole thing in a day, takes me about 2, so i get 4 scoops per day that way, and i take 1 scoop pre, which is finished 60min prior, then i sip on one throughout my workout, and mix 2scoops after training with some gatorade for recovery, if i were to cut i would have it mixed next to my bed for when i get up at night, i usually have a glass from the gallon first thing in the morning, then between meals.
