Nothing during my workout, but right after the workout, I usually eat 2-4 cups of white rice with steak or eggs mixed with the rice...still hungry I eat more rice.
I use abeyance isolate now..m breakfast & w meals.. juss a scoop at a time now... More real food proteins..
20min prior to any meal w protiens.. wich is every meal... Lol!!
oh, there's no doubt it works for nutrient partitioning.. it does keep u leaner during a bulk. It does help u diet..
