Hey Bud, Sorry it took so long to answer you. Trainings been good. Dropped 15 lbs and kept strength up. Been traveling alot to other FOBs to operate, so been training in different places alot. Still better than nothing. How about your's? Whats your next meet and when?

bro how u doin,, your a awesome poster btw,,, it been several workout on legs like i said im proud of squat 5 plates but each time i reach 5 plates on first squat exercise im dead after , cns give up i just fell like go sleep it like all intensity is fade after 40 min after that max reps , i try blend some powerlift n bbing but powerflift kill me lol !!!! i was just curious what was your point of view since im just looking for size, strenght is for my ego or not !? i guess,,, but my priority his look , physical esthetic size , i somewhere fell i do the right thing
