I hope you're doing well. No advice on getting defined other than low cals and cardio! Dropped from 175 to 149 in 10 weeks on 1500 kcal/day and double cardio sessions. Lots hella muscle along the way, but I was [I]leeeean[/I]. lol I'm sure you got lots of great advice in your thread!
