Hey bro!!! Yeah im still around hehe...Got some new Supes shirts...too haha..Glad too see ya still around ...Stay in touch!!!
My apologies. So used to the negative comments re FBB as well as Kai's posing. Hope your weekend is going great, PTB.
PTB- You know I forgot about that- GTMA!. I honestly struggled to find pec exercises I liked and worked for me. My pecs seem to respond better when I use this movement in my routine. That and some sort of pec dec or fly and dips does best for me. Give it a shot and let me know how it works for you!
Lol. Glad to serve!
Cool, what was your field of study?
Amazing documentaries. The Haiti/Dominican one has been my favorite so far...touches home. It was one of my research topics while in grad. school.
well the first one for me was the most compelling as it told the story of the Dominican/Hatian relationship. It was really sad - particularly during the time of Trujillo. Also interesting how most D.R.'s don't look at themselves as "Black", even though their features and culture clearly have African roots to them. I also thought the first one spent a bit too much time on Haiti - given the theme of the series, but it was interesting history nonetheless. You don't think that Haiti was the first "Black" independent nation in the Western Hemisphere, and how wealthy they once were. But again things have changed. I barely skimmed the one on Brazil, which I'm really interested in, but the mindset seems to be the same there in terms of how the dark skinned people view themselves - despite the fact they encounter as much of the racism seen in this country.
And anything I should pay particular attention to?
Going to catch up first and watch...will let you know my thoughts! What about you? What do you think so far?
lol
