Yes, it helped, I've used it as well. She did avoid surgery, you should really try it. It's one of those things you can do whenever ya know.

Read your post bout carpal tunnel pain. My wife had major problems with that from her old job. Her surgeon had her doing exercises with a decent tensioned rubberband over her fingers. So if you touch all your fingertips together than put the rubberband over them and open then close and keep repeating a few times a day. Ice after.
