Sassy is right. Don't settle. Always keep your eyes open and ignore the snide and idiotic remarks. Those people may just be jealous that they didn't have a few years of social fun on a college campus. I worked almost fulltime during college, three different parttime jobs, but I still had friends on campus and had my share of fun.

All I did was blabber a bunch. You'll put it all in perspective for yourself!

Saw Toney's and Moe's routine on the webcast replay. Moe was insanely conditioned at the IM Pro last year and looks like he nailed it at the Arnold, too. Glad the tornado gave you a pass.

Oh, she would have been at the Species booth. She has an account here, I'm almost certain. kittykat, I believe. Watch that warning! And Toney will be competing all through the year. He's no "once per year" athlete.

How was the Species booth? Was Kat Ramirez there? She's absolutely adorable (fanboy senior citizen, yo).

I was rooting for him. Victor has an Arnold and Kai was 3rd last year. Don't see Kai being awarded the Olympia but that could easily go to Vic this year, so my wish was for Kai to get his at the Arnold and then Vic, fully rehabbed/recovered, wins the 2009 O.

Jay returning or Phil Heath will have something to say about that, of course. Anyway, I'm a Kai fan. His posing is artistry and A-1 entertainment, imo. And his physique is insane.

What was your prediction? That's awesome that you attended the expo. I actually stayed up until 3 a.m. or so just so I'd be too exhausted to make the drive to Columbus. lol Knew I might jump in the car if I was well rested.

I'm tempted to make the six-hour drive just to attend the expo. lol
