i hate t3 ,, my blood profile not perfect ,, it made me fell hbp n like shit ,,, i was o carb n refeed maniac but i was a bit , lost , confuse , imsomiac. now immune system a bit down , a sneeze i will recover ,, nothing major ,, since at 21 gr ,, my guess is clean carb like yams ,, my % still not that low ,, or im not acting psychotic yet haha ,,, once a week ,, clean carb ,, it' funny how much difference , body interaction , overall being, from zero carb to 21 carbs.. thk u
curious of your insight ,, im at 21gr carb a day , lovin it , seem more mentally stable ,, last year at zero i was refeeding maniac type every 5 days ,, since could not sleep ,, now im fine ,, maybe refeed once a week ? was thinking reffeed on enzymes , extreme fat load , coconut oil , full eggs yolk , payaya , avocados , mango , banana ,, last year refeed was ice cream n pizza ,, i refeed clean 4 weeks out , carb complex ,, since im not at zero carb ,,, what your intake ,,
