LMFAO! Wtf? lol ... "You are provoking me, aren't you? I still think it's an ignorant infraction. If the site is going to hand out infractions for this type of thing, Curt will have to create his own forum." (Googles vBulletin)

Oops, I was thinking of a different thread...haha. Scratch that! Yeah, it's not the wife's issue. If she hasn't done it before, she probably won't start now. I don't blame her! Now my bf was a bodybuilder when I met him and he likes to prep his own food... I know he doesn't expect it, but I would offer to help him (since 3 days worth of food for me only lasts him one day... so he's cooking all the damn time!) But it's rude to EXPECT the wife to add it to her to do list.
Yeah I hear that... I don't know the full story, just bits and pieces. Sometimes bad things happen to good people, and it sucks... no doubt! But there was some solid advice in that thread, from what I saw.
Thank you for the response bro! i knew this guy was feeding me the wrong information. I feel much healthier too!
Unfortunately, no. Its been really hard. Question: Ive been taking 15 fish oil caps per day. Some guy was saying that I am taking in way too much fat. This is my main source of fat in my diet. Other than that its high protein, moderate carbs. I mean its been working really well for me. My joints dont hurt as much and Ive lost 21 pounds and still burning fat. Do you think 15 grams of fish oil is way too much?
Not good brother..its a long story but Im trying to just get back on my feet and try to get bills paid off. How have you been doing?
thanks for your help! i'll try it out =)
Makes perfect sense... before moving from IL... I trained with a buddy David, and got to train with Rich once... I've also trained with Steve, Rob and GX on a visit to FL... and GirlyMuscle too... but yeah since moving here, no one... and that does suck when you want to lift heavy but have no spotter and are not sure of those around you... supposedly Pivotal is the Riverdogs training ground and I see a lot of cops cars in the parking lot, but some of them don't necessarily look the part... but its time for me to get consistent again, get a routine established before the New years crowd comes upon us...
well I've been a very bad girl and have not had any regular consistency in going there lately... but its time to change all that.... but I don't know a soul there... I train alone... sometimes thats ok, other times it sucks...
