Whoa 1 hour in the am 2 hours after training dang! this was daves plan right? well I have never competed in a competition before, I plan on doing one this april the Emerald Cup in Bellevue Washington. I weigh like 178 lbs at 6-7% b/f so I would be a low middle weight which sucks. I didn't want to put on size because I will be joining the military and going into Special Forces training in June so I need to lose some muscle after this bodybuilding competition.
