I will give it a shot. Someone once gave me a goal, so I intend to meet it. Thing is, as I do not like attention, or wish to subject myself to the belittling that will surely come from a select few, I will not make anything public, and when I am revealed to be in any contest, it will just be a shock and surprise to everyone.

Any plans to ever compete? I would be interested in knowing what that does for development. I want to try to step onstage at some point next year.

Will do. I might have to take the first two shoulder sessions on Hammer Strength machines just to be safe.

Damn it. Well, I will definitely take it easy the next few days. I will know better by Monday what the next move will be. I find it strange how we hardly ever hurt ourselves in the gym, but it always happens outside of the gym.

How does that affect your lifting?

Yes, it is good. I just have a bit of a bruise. Still quite sore, but I have no loss of movement at all. Collarbone still feels solid, with absolutely no give. But should this continue into the middle of next week, I will have it looked at.

Oh, and to answer your question about what happened about the hammer not falling... I fell asleep after I read that last PM, and was praying that I had not broken my shoulder from earlier in the day.
