I was put out of business by a company that tried to take it over. When I refused to sell to them they ran up my legal bills. At $40,000 I couldn't afford to fight it. They got a half-million dollar settlement against me since I could not even afford to go out there and defend myself. Live and learn. It was good while it lasted.
