I agree the Front Squat is a great exercise. I am wondering though, will it, a regular front squat, activate the quads more than the hams? I am able to hit the quads hard, but struggle with the hamstrings. I am going to give leg forward Jefferson Squats and Larry Scott Ham raises a shot.
Thanks for the insight. Another question for you. What are you doing to work your hamstrings? The Ultimate mass routine recommends smith front squats and I do not have a smith machine.
Did you implement x-reps? If so, what are your thoughts? I am planning on starting the Ultimate Mass routine after my deload week.
