Mr. Brink It's great to have someone with your background posting here. I visited your website and the topics and information were excellent. I have enjoyed reading articles written by you in the past on a variety of subjects and just wanted to say thanks for sharing and providing an honest scientific approach to training.

Would I be able to find Dextrose at pretty much any supplement store?? Would you recommend not taking the Waxxy at all?? I have some left but not sure if I should use it since its not all that effective.

Great Threads. I always learn a lot and makes my ask myself good questions regarding why I do something a certain way and why not another?
