no the 1000/day was just the mon tues wed thur right after the show. Mostly fast acting high gycemic pancakes, cereal (ohs, capn cruch), sf candy (red vines, mike and ikes...) anything high carbs and almsot no fat. My regular plan is about 375-400g carbs grains, ww pasta, ww bread, ww tortillas, potatoes any kind, gris etc
Hello.I have a question for you...In one of your post you have that you eat 1000g of carbs m-t is that now off season?If you don't mind me asking what carbs are they?Cause I only take in about 500-600 and so dam full can't eat so much lol..Thank you Toni
