how was your overall view of "dead cardio"? You think you could keep up with it twice per week? How bad were you huffing and puffing? lol
I see, I already something pretty similar to DC. delt/tri/chest quad/calve back,bis,rear delts and then hammies once per week. All major parts are hit twice every 8 days on my schedule similiar to DC, except for the extra day which is hammies which only takes 10 minutes. My split comes from Kevin Levorne.
