That's cool - R u at the 24 out there? i know the new one in Pleasanton is pretty deluxe - not a lot of Bodybuilders although lots of cute chicks. That's great that you have your sites on 2 shows. i am planning to do the San Jose show - it'll be my first, altho i'll be masters so it wont be as tough competition. i need to add some size to my legs - unfortunately, I am having a hernia surgery in Nov so that takes me out of it for few weeks minimum. I'll just train arms during recovery so maybe i'll make my goal of 20" guns!

Nice avatar - looks like you have really ripped abs and serratus! keep in touch maybe we can train together one day.
