i sure did big guy !!!!!!!! thk u
"with like minded people." Absolutely. I can't tell you how I felt when I walked into the auditorium in Columbus, Ohio, back in 1989. It was as if I had died and went to bodybuilder Heaven. lol Jackie Paisley, Anja Schreiner, Tonya Knight, Kathy Unger, Bob Paris, Ron Love, and more! And bb fans everywhere. Pretty cool.
I've been to some great shows, but not a huge number. Most notable would probably be considered the first four Arnold Classic competitions. Also have been to the Tribeca in NYC to see the Eastern USAs the one year (Kai Greene guest posed as the "Lion King"), the 2007 AC Pro, and a number of NPC, OCB, and NABBA shows. One of my favorites has been the NPC Mountain Valley Classic. They have had a great turn-out and some awesome guest posers including Jay Cutler, Markus Ruhl, Gustavo Badell, and Kai Greene. How did you become interested in the sport?
I agree on the two sites competing resulting in benefits for the fans. Definitely. I've been interested in bb since I was a pre-teen. Comic books like Superman, Batman, Thor, Spider-Man and then those same comics often had Charles Atlas or Weider ads. First saw a pic of Shwarzenegger in a comic book ad for a Weider product. The Colette Nelson pic was taken at the Apollon Gym where she was attending with Dave Palumbo who was conducting a seminar there in April 2008. They held another awesome seminar in November of last year as well.
