    hey jon, i'm training at la fitness now. used to train at a couple golds and elite fitness. the guy i work with must of joined impaler in the 90's. hes got some old photos in his office that r pretty funny (total 80's hair and makeup).

    whats up jon? you look very familiar. probably seen u at the local shows. i just now saw your post in the metal thread. guess i didn't see the page 2. its funny u mention impaler, i work with one of their former guitarists. small world.
    r u competing this year? i'm not. i did the mr minn natural last year. maybe something next year if i can drop some weight prior to the contest diet. can't put the family thru a regular contest diet right now, too much going on.
