I'm a student of The International Sports and Sciences Association earning my certification in Personal Training and Sports Performance Nutrition and as part of my course material it is required that I talk to an accomplished bodybuilder and compare their diet and supplement schedule to that of an aerobic athlete. I know you probably have a very hectic schedule but if there is anyway you could take time for this I would really appreciate it! What I have to do is evaluate your diet and supplement schedule and compare ratios of fat,carbs and proteins in regards to both meal scheduling and meal supplements, to that of an aerobic athlete ( for that I'll be talking to a gym coach here in my home town).
