That fucking sucks bro!!!!! I actually completely tore my rotator cuff in September and am just now getting back in the swing of things. I never got the surgery and it hurts like a motherfucker still, but I am pushing decent weight.

I just started my second cycle 3 weeks ago with Sust and EQ and am at about 220 right now, but it is by far the leanest I have ever been. I can't wait to see what happens in the next few weeks. What about you? Can you train hard yet?

WoW since Sept!

Hey! How is life? Teaching really begins on Monday! Students arrive. This was a week of meetings and setting up our classrooms. It's going well, though. November marks seven years full-time with the district. Definitely enjoy my work.
