Yeah, I had a pretty bad shoulder injury but we went to the gym last night and did train.
I have been super busy at work with the 2010 budget but I should have the draft on cycling done in a few weeks.

Saw your Species thread. What do you currently take pre-workout? I'll have a meal, but that's pretty much it lately.
Actually, lately has been [I]nothing [/I]as I'm on the second week of a lay-off.
I am in southern tier of the state near Alfred State College.
