i was doing 1 hour at 4am then 1.5 -2 after training about 6 pm.I did 1 show not on Dave's diet and placed 8th out of 12 and placed 4th out of 10 in the same show the next year on Dave's keto diet and cardio plan.I plan on competeing again in july and i'm gonna hire Dave so i can get the full program,not just what i picked up online.I had to take a year off to get some more size(i'm 5'9') and was competeing at MW,really needed more size and quality to be more competitive.How about you whats your show plans and what classs do you compete at?
