You do not need a smithmachine to do front squats. all you need is a barbell. hold the barbell with your arms crossed over you chest, and squat. It is a great exercise
yes I am currently using x-reps. They really work well, but it takes a few weeks before you notice it. you will grow utilizing this technique, they are great finishers for your workout, and will totally tax the working muscle
