Choose the ADVANCED option when you enter the REPLY box, (this will bring up a NEW PAGE with SMILEYS and other stuff).

Scroll down the page to 'Additional Options'.

If you click on the button MANAGE ATTACHMENTS at 'Attach Files', this will bring up a small box which allows you to CHOOSE the JPG File you want to UPLOAD from your Hard Drive.

Select the one you want, and the picture will then be attached to the MESSAGE you post on the boards. (You need enter a bit of text in the REPLY box).

That should do it!
