hey aaron, quick question about cardio.. im about 4 weeks out and i have been trying diff. times to see whats best... i wanted to get your opinion on what is the lastest study that is best for retaining mass and loosing fat..i have been doing cardio after lifting then at night, but ive heard cardio after lifting is not good. So just if you could shine some light on whats good.. thanks
