No they dont leak. They sweat real bad. But I havent had to refill them. I just wish it filled that area a little better.

I know I have mine already. I called the day we talked about it. They sent it as soon as it cleared customs. I am going to upload a review to youtube for them. But I cant find my flip video recorder. I love this lunch box. Its amazing. The only thing I dont care for is the ice packs.
