Today is my last sodium day. I have to double boil my chicken tonight...yuck!! The only good part about this week is the fat loading. I have a jar of Natty PB on my desk with a Tsp waiting for me
Trying to do the best I can. This last week is deff the toughest to get through. I did my last cario yesterday morning, and will be doing my last workout tonight. It's wierd getting it through my head that I need to NOT go to the gym the 2 days before comp!!
