It's all good and understandable. I have been super busy myself. That is awesome that you are preparing for Nationals I am still getting into the gym on a regular basis but have been a bit glutenous. Nothing that a little cardio and a well structured contest prep can't take care of. I will most likely compete again in late May early June.
