A sudden change in schedule two months back put an end to me getting to train even legs in the gym. Therefore, what little progress I had made, it is gone now. BUT I can get it back fairly quick, and some things will be changing again for me very soon, so I look forward to progress again. Thank you for asking. What I am doing now is not nearly cutting it, but it is allowing me to hold on to something. I SO miss down-and-dirty heavy leg days.
