I'm currently following an eating plan designed by wavelength. He achieved amazing results eating just one meal per day with 100 grams of protein by shakes throughout the rest of the day. That and one cheat day per week.
I've been eating my one meal per day and then having about three NitroTech shakes. Just noticed those are only 20 grams of protein, so I'll have to up my shakes. Normally have the NitroTech with fat-free milk (about 8 grams of protein), so a fourth shake would do the trick.
I'm not a big eater so this approach works from the mental perspective. Not sure if it's helping physically, though. lol
I think I'll take a weight tomorrow and measurements to set a baseline and then see what the numbers are next week. At least bodyweight. I don't think any inches are going to fly off me in a week, but I could definitely hope to lose two fricking pounds.
