I usually take 2 pre/2post on workout days and 2 anytime on cardio or off days.

Sorry to say this is the first time I visited your page...you*are*a*fuckin*beast....Now it makes perfect sense the ridiculous weight you throw up. My arms stay around 19" and I haven't been able to work them because of some serious tendon issues...my dream is have 19" arms on stage. I am taking some time off from posting, figure I need to get to work. I will still check messages periodically. Best of luck and don't let the bastards get you down bro.
