it will be so weenie its pathetic... was looking back thru some old pics remembering it wasn't that long ago, and thankful for muscle memory...
yep! i think so.. its a crazy system. within the 3 months on that program i went from repping 225lbs on bench(no spotter) 3 sets of 8 to repping 3 sets 8reps of 275(no spotter) and sometime i can rock out 295 for 10 reps 1 set when im fresh!
