I never train on an empty stomach. It sounds like you are taking a lot of CO. If you feel good on it, then keep doing it. Taking too many supps makes my stomach hurt.
They both sound great. I look at the evo stack as putting on some quality gains, but I never felt the pills in the evo stack. You just notice the changes in your physique. WTF,PRIME'D ULTRA AND JUNGLE - this is going to make you feel great. Super pumped and on high energy all the time, but the uality gains are coming from how great you feel and the extra energy that it's giving you. Depends on you. I put my head down, ate right, lifted smart and trusted that I would have great gains with the evo stack.

better off with chaind out between meals, read up on negative nitrogen, most proteins out there are about 80% negative nitrogen, basically the waste your body makes when digesting protein, chaind out is ur best bet, ALR has been on 60g protein per day and 80g chaind out per day, and hasnt lost muscle as of yet, 6mnths in!
