Hey bro i had a question on how to run my halo. Right now im doing 2 caps at 12pm then 1 cap at 12am. Because i usually work out around 2. Do you think it would be better to break it up and take my second dose at 6pm?

Hey i see you recomend cycles for ppl...My question is: i just competed last week so i am trying to clean bulk right now, so looking to put on some good size but not get fat or watery. I also plan to do another show in the spring so i want to do another cycle then. Ive done a couple of couple epi cycles and seen some good gains before. So what would you recomend for cycle A:clean bulk....and cycle B: pre contest?
