Yea, independent record stores are slowly dying. You can always get Serato so you can mix mp3s. Sorry to the slow response. Guess I should check my messages more often lol . Have a good one.

Yea I took a break from mixing myself. I used to mix in college but just got back into about 6 yrs ago.

I mean start wrapping from the outside of your leg(knee) to the inside in a circular motion so that you keep the pressure toward the inside of your leg. Wrapping from the inside of the leg to the outside will push the knee outward, which will put strain in the knee.

I use my knee sleeves when I do anything on leg day. Even bodywt squats hurt.
