i may have to do it bro however the weakest bodyparts of mine, shoulders/traps and arms really are kinda left out from the good heavy pounding and effort put into legs back and chest so idk last time i did it for just a few months i saw the greatest strength gains in my chest back and legs, it was nuts. So i know what you mean when you say you see the best gains ever but my best bodyparts just got better and my weaker bodyparts got weaker imo and dante and i never really addressed that. so i might have to switch some stuff up. Im really going for that natty pro card and i think this style of lifting is the best for natties to put and keep size however its also the hardest on the body lol. thanks for the encouraging words though ill def have to give it another go around. If you have any tips im all ears, any tip is never a bad one.
Dang steve thats awesome! Sorry to hear bout the prep going south, thatll just drive you even harder for next prep man. Trust me its overrated anyway i miss my good food haha. I have been dieting since the arnold hopefully to get a pro card in either WNBF or IFPA and maybe squeeze out a win at the natural michigan and every single day makes me cringe more and more when i cant have better stuff haha. I was thinking about hitting DC again this offseason, seems to be working well for you, you're on the shorter side as well right? how much do you think DC helped you gain so far
