    I'm sorry to hear that ... they are miserable. My little brother experiences them as well. He works from home, but those days he pretty much shuts himself up in a dark room and hides under the covers until it passes. I'm thinking they get worse during a workout because of the "pump" - doesn't have to be heavy lifting but I know I get headaches sometimes from it. I guess you could simply say its an increase in blood pressure while you're training, and that can just aggravate anything that feels off. As far as dealing w/ migraines in general, I can't really help you. My brother uses some medication, but he still experiences them.

    Decent weight room. Squat rack, flat/incline and decline benches, dumbells up to 100 lbs, and a handfull of other machines. Training is irregular due to our OPTEMPO, but I get in what I can. Climbing Afghan mountains in kit is a great leg workout!!!!

    every 3ish hours.. i wake up and lift before work.. have something to eat at 5am 8am 11ish am 2ish pm 5pm back to the gym home by about 830pm last meal about 9-930

    ya closing for 4 hours makes no damn sense.. i go to golds venice too sometimes actually and i might just kill this membership and get one there soon. its like 5 miles from work i can hit it before and after work no problem
