I know I hope I dont get up tommorow and regret this... Im reading about fst 7 and I am not grasping the sets. I only do 1 x 10 and thats it? Until the end and I do 7 of another excersise?

I was just kidding about the ranting. At very first my back had a certain stiffness in it, reminiscent of right before I injured it. I did 50+ the bar and tried to really sit back on the heels, only screwing that up about twice which scared me. After that I did leg curls, leg extensions, and seated calf raises. Feel pretty good. Much stretching throughout.

Yeah, I'm HPER...Fitness Specialist. they are cracking down and trying to make that program nationally recognized. I want to go because a friend is going to be in it but from the syllabus says differently...
you have AWFUL teachers then...most don't give any work around that time...are you HPER or what? And...don't feel bad about not going to the actual race...I went my sr. year and left after maybe 30 minutes...
nah...went there...going back for little 5 though!
