Thanks for getting back to me. I also had a few more questions. How long does it usually take you to eat your meals? Plain chicken doesn't always go down so easy, neither do egg whites. I was curious if you use anything to make things taste better, and around how long it takes you to eat a meal? I see that you try and eat every 2 hrs, is that 2 hrs from the last bite of your meal or 2hrs from your first bite? I was also curious how many carbs you think I should be intaking. I tend to respond better to carbs, and not as good towards fats. I'm weighing 181 right now and I sit around probably less than 10% body fat... Trying to keep it shredded at 175 and step on stage for the first time. I appreciate the info. and help. Thanks again!

Hey i was wondering what you think of my mass diet. I just competed on june 27 at 140lbs and 5% i am 5'6"
MEAL 1: 6am
3 whole eggs+3white (buy the OMEGA-3 EGGS they sell in the supermarket) with 1 cup of Oatmeal (cooked) and 1Tbsn PB
MEAL 2: 9am
SHAKE: 6oz ground Turkey or Beef with 1tbsn oil and 3/4 cup rice
MEAL 3: 12noon
“LEAN PROTEIN MEAL” 6oz (cooked) of chicken (or turkey or lean fish or shrimp)-- with 1oz cashew nuts (or almonds or walnuts)
with 3/4 cup (cooked) RICE
MEAL 4: 2:30-3pm
SHAKE: 46g Whey Protein** with 1/2 cup oatmeal with 1Tbsn Mac Oil
MEAL 5: 5-5:30pm (pre-workout)
“FATTY PROTEIN MEAL” 6oz (cooked) of red meat (or salmon or swordfish) with a salad with 2 tablespoon of olive oil (or macadamia nut oil)
and vinegar with 1 baked potato and/or yam
MEAL 6: 6:30-7pm (post-workout)
SHAKE: 46g Whey Protein isolate** with 1 scoop Cell Tech
MEAL 7: 3whole eggs+3whites or ??????
