im trying to get int he best shape right now. i do want to get ready for ashow in the future but im my own biggest critic bro.
in my own eyes i have to be perfect to do one..just taking my body to the limit and see what comes out .. i been dieting for the last 4 months and been hitting it hard and taking it hard!!

everything is good on my end over here bro.. jsut been training hard now im in full mode now.. i know bro i wanted to go soo bad my girl went though to see the bikini. i had my daughter come down that weekend bro. u know how that goes. i was kinda bummed i missed it.
