    WOLFGANG
So I've been playing with my diet lately and I decided recently to bring carbs down to minuscule levels again. I was doing a few slices of Ezikel Bread prior to training and adding things like some beans and tomatoes to my salads. Still pretty low carb, but not super low like I have done before. I recently switched to a diet prescribed for fat loss by Charles Poliquin. It's nothing earth shattering, basically 2g protein for every lb of bodyweight, all protein from meat, fish, eggs & cheese and unlimited green veggies (and a few other veggies like onions, shrooms, spaghetti squash, etc). You get a cheat meal every 5 days or so, and when you get below 8% you meal becomes a cheat day (I'm sitting around 11-12% right now). You can eat nuts too, but not go crazy with them until you are leaner.
