Hifrommike65-Im assuming this suggestion is for me. I guess I am in a sense as I take 5mg DHEA (from Biomatrix) twice a day. It may also be worth noting that I am a female :)

I know hifrommike65. No worries, I fidured as much, why I noted my gender.
I will also say DHEA has also made big difference for me.

Hundreds of supplements are on the market. It's virtually impossible to sort through everything available, & goodness knows what they actually do (or what's in them).
I get what you're saying. It also serves as a reminder that this thread did die once afterall.
I went from competing in strongman to not having enough energy to walk my dogs. It was through nutrition and supplements I got my sorry butt back in the gym. I got a little geeked when I happened on this thread. Mac dropped some great knowledge. I thought I could maybe get a little more.
Thankfully there is always PubMed and using myself as the guinea pig.
Not sure why I feel compelled to do this but I attached a pic of me from a few month's back. So I coukd see my progress and motivate me on the days I dont want to go to the gym. I suppose it's to also show that Im juat as serious about training(even though Im a bit of a fatty) as I am about health/longevity. :)
