This is not good :(
I'd like to see who they rat on. Best believe they're ratting on someone about something with those fed charges.

^^^ Who is this guy? It’s called greed. And you can hide things from the FDA... until you can’t.
Scott McNally interviewed someone on Advices Radio recently and they guesstimated:
PJ is looking at 86 years jail time. Aaron for 66 years, and another guy who got out of the business or partnership relatively early, according to the podcast, is possibly going to prison for five years.
Five to ten years is the guesstimate for jail time. Also $300-400,000 in money forfeiture. Again, only a guess by the person being interviewed.
Worth a listen, if you haven't already.

Govt % must've gotten a call from an owner of 1 of these companies about PJ's company in an attempt to take there company further. Fn scuz buckets. The man is doing his thing minding his business. Wtf would ass wipes do that? His company is better than yours but ya gotta take his company out
Now that the government is involved this is going to be a hard uphill battel. They're like the administration on everything so it's gonna be hard. PJ's lawyer needs to prove his client changed the ingredient and or hopefully the statute of limitations on the ingredient to press charges has run out
No matter how you slice it the government has something up there sleeves or else they'd never tackle the case.
Good luck p.j
Idk but gotta do something fast p.j. it's time to make a:https://youtu.be/e1OPQnU8n6E

Yeah, comment on the video said The Feds have a conviction rate of 93% but I heard they were going to fight it. Doesn't seem like a smart move.

Social media posturing for whatever reason while they spend $ to see what kind of deal an attorney can work out?
i think those indictments are a bunch of bullshit. hate to see this happen to these guys even though i think a couple of them are shady as hell. seems like another case of the government trying to protect people from themselves. if customers were scammed, fooled or tricked into buying something they thought was something else then that’s between the customer and the company(s). the customer can just sue the company if they choose. the government should not be involved. The indictment says one person had a problem with a product. I see this as an issue between the customer and the company. Government should stay out of it. it’s none of their business. again it’s between the customer and the company. IMO
Government is watching him like the time they found steroids and illegal pain medicine in his house. His "venture" into supplement sales & being top seller put him right on their radar
His Venture into supplement sales and being number one definitely put him on the radar of the government. Not to mention the boasting on insta shit. not really sure what his line of defenses because they have the cards stacked against him to take on the case
PJ BRAUN is pretty confident so he must have a good case, and a high powered attorney. From what I've seen most of the itmes they sold were legal through loopholes in the law at the time.
