This looks like fun. Simple. Does it give you gains all around, like chest too?
This workout looks legit. It would just be tough transitioning because of the pumps I get with each individual body group workout. I might just give this a shot

The concept is that it should. squats have an overall effect on the body

You only do one exercise and 2 sets max...

My routine right now is
Monday: back
Tues: Hams&quads
Wed: chest
Thurs: arms
Fri: shoulders
I'm doing about 4-5 workouts per muscle group. And doing heavy weight high rep
Nice...if you follow the book two days will do it. But you have to be honest with your squats...best ten rep squat do twenty
